The Future of Healthcare AI: An Industry Perspective
As the year draws to a close it’s a perfect time to reflect on the past and to look to the future. 2022 saw significant growth in the healthcare AI space across many therapeutic and administrative areas. We saw AI used in a variety of ways to both improve patient care and address clinician burnout. Most significantly, AI was implemented to improve cancer screening, as a second read for imaging diagnostics and to help with staffing and scheduling issues. So where do we go from here? Outside of the United States, healthcare AI is also a focus.
